We work from verifiable material such as internal paperwork, spending ledgers, procurement portals, regulatory logs, parliamentary transcripts, and firsthand testimony that we corroborate. We reconstruct the sequence of decisions, identify who signed off and who benefited, and publish supporting files when it is responsible to do so.
